钴基PCD拉丝模芯（耐温700℃）产品描述 ：
因为更均匀，产品微观结构中极少国产模芯常见的晶粒“长大”或“抱团”的现象，所以研孔及抛光更容易，光洁度也更高。因为颗粒间结合更紧密，同时模孔的光洁度更高，所以拉丝寿命也更长！因为这个原因，海外公司大量采购我们的5微米细粒度模芯，制作硬度较高的不锈钢丝拉拔模具！
为了适应不同客户的需要，我们的CXD模芯分为优选级（CXD-A）和普通级（CXD-B）两种。
CXD-A具有等同甚至超过进口模芯的无可怀疑的高质量稳定性、和进口同等粒度模芯基本一致的高光洁度以及接近进口同等粒度模芯的长寿命，主要适应那些生产工艺稳定可靠、质量要求较高的厂家，可以而且已经被部分海外厂家用来替代国际上第一流的模芯产品。
新生产的CXD-B的质量略高于06年底以前的产品质量，而且必须单面抛光并以抛光面作为模具的出口，主要适应那些生产工艺（尤其是镶套、打孔工艺）不够先进、主要追求低价位的厂家。06年底改进工艺以前生产的所有CXD产品，只要是合格的，在07年均将作为普通级CXD销售。
CXD-B产品将以其常规国产的品质和无可竞争的优惠价位，成为国产中端模芯中最具竞争力的产品。
